How it works

How RiskyMate works

Each job follows set steps on the property record, so you can see what is happening and who is responsible. Workflows carry the work forward and people make the decisions. Available for rental properties in Victoria and New South Wales.

What is due
Shows dates, issues and planned reviews on the property record.
Who acts next
Shows the current responsibility and the decision waiting on it.
What supports it
Keeps messages, reports, photos and certificates together.

The steps, from a due item to the next cycle

  1. 1Due date or issue

Shows a due date, recorded issue or planned review on the property so the work is visible from the start.

  2. 2Authority and scope

The responsible person confirms what is needed, records authority and sets a clear scope before anyone is sent.

  3. 3Contractor and booking

Assigns an eligible contractor, coordinates appointment options and confirms access on the same job.

  4. 4Field work

The contractor attends with the scope, address, access details and evidence requirements already in one place.

  5. 5Evidence and review

Returns reports, photos, certificates, quotes and completion notes to the same job for review.

  6. 6Completion and next cycle

The authorised person closes or returns the work, and the next due cycle stays visible on the property.
