Accessibility
Accessibility at RiskyMate
I want you to be able to use this site without fighting the software. If a form, document or screen is hard to use, tell us. A real person will look into it.
Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the public website and the portals. That includes keyboard access, readable colour contrast, clear labels on forms and buttons, and pages that work when zoomed or on a phone. We check new work against these guidelines as we build it.
Known limitations
Where we know there are gaps.
- RiskyMate has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
- Photos, PDFs and other documents uploaded by users may not include text descriptions or accessible structure.
- Some detailed tables and portal screens can be harder to use on small screens or at high zoom.
- Generated documents and reports may not yet be fully accessible to screen readers.
If any of these affect you, tell us and we'll help you get the information or complete the task another way.
