RiskyMate pricing and what each subscription includes.
I've kept the pricing here plain so you can see what is free and what costs extra. RiskyMate is workflow software with secure cloud storage. Prices are in Australian dollars. Self-managed rental providers pay through secure Stripe checkout during signup; agencies and tradies are not charged at signup.
Every agency gets written notice by 1 December 2026 before fees start on 1 February 2027.

Agency
$2per property a month
No monthly minimum. Free until 31 January 2027. We import your properties for you.
Landlord / Self-managed rental provider
$5.00per property a month
For landlords (NSW) and rental providers (VIC) managing their own rentals. Or $60 per property per year, including the Rental Toolbox. Payment is made through Stripe during signup. No minimum.
Optional add-on: Self-Managed Connected, $15.99 per account a month. Connects your own Xero. Not needed for the core service. It cannot be bought yet.
Contractor / Tradie
FreeAustralia-wide
Tradie by RiskyMate. Find and share work on the trade network.
Optional add-on: Contractor Connected. Pricing being finalised. Includes optional SOS monitoring, your own Xero connection, and quotes and invoices. Not needed for the core service. It cannot be bought yet.

What does the subscription pay for?
Property records, workflows, reminders, work tracking, secure cloud storage for your documents and support.
Is Tradie by RiskyMate really free?
Yes. You can use the trade network, receive and manage assigned jobs, upload evidence and message people at no cost. Optional add-ons are separate.
Will choosing an add-on charge me now?
No. Optional add-ons cannot be bought yet and nothing is charged automatically. We will ask you first.
Who owns my data?
You do. RiskyMate stores it and helps you manage it. You can export your data and evidence any time.
Is there a free trial?
Agencies are free until 31 January 2027. No card needed. Self-managed landlords and rental providers have no free period: choose $5 per property per month or $60 per property per year and pay securely through Stripe during registration before access.
How are properties counted?
Properties marked active in your account count towards your subscription. Archived properties are not included. The total is shown before you pay.
How to cancel
Email adam@riskymate.com or ask through Help. There is no lock-in. See the legal page.
Do you collect payment details?
